The Anguilla Financial Services Commission invites service providers in the financial services industry and the general public to submit comments on the second draft Anguilla Business Companies (“ABC”) Regulations.
On 6 October the Council of the European Union added Anguilla to the EU's list of jurisdictions it defines as "non-cooperative for tax purposes."
