The Company Management Act and the Companies Registry Act provides for the licensing and regulation of companies and individuals who offer company formation and registration services, company management and other services associated with the registered office of a company.
The Anguilla Commercial Registry maintain the register for: International Business Companies (IBCs), Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), Company Ordinance Companies (COCs), Limited Partnerships (LPs) and Anguilla Foundations.
The minimum capital required to engage in company management is US$25,000. The Companies Management Act is applicable to licensed individuals and companies operating in or from within Anguilla incorporating companies, providing registered office services, acting as registered agent, filing registry documents and providing directorship and nominee shareholder services.
